Shimon Peres , from Israel , urge the government to make a peace plan between them and the Palestine , war between them had started more than 50 years unstoppable conflict . Israel are trying to finish their own problems without foreign country help . Next month , Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu , will go to US to make a speech in front of the US Congress , discussing new politics for the peace plan and the approval from the UN .
